HOA Meeting Schedule 2022

Board hosted meetings are generally last Thursday of the month, 7pm-8pm.  Meeting locations to alternate between residences or at Walsh Ranch Pool house.  We will update schedule as locations are known,

Monthly meeting formats alternate between Board meetings and Town Halls. Town Halls provide a good opportunity to meet the Board and play host to Resident led open discussion.  

Meeting minutes are posted for community members on the TownSq secure site under the documents section (filter for meeting minutes)

April 7th - @ WR Pool

May 26th - @ WR Pool

August 25th - @ WR Pool

Sept 29th - TBD

Nov 10th (budget meeting)

Dec 8th (annual meeting) - 7pm Walsh Middle School Cafeteria
